At our initial meeting, we were shown in detail many of the standard features and as well as custom features that could be included. Every detail of our home that makes our home unique or different was an up charge resulting in the home costing 100k more than originally quoted. They portray a completely different image prior to the contract being signed. Once the contract is signed forget about being treated with any bit of respect.

Ron was able to work with us throughout the process personally as we had questions or ideas that we wanted to discuss. In our last build we didn't have any access to the builder and had to go through a salesperson but in this case, Ron was our direct contact. I also appreciate the confirmations by email as it really gave me a record of what I was to expect in the process.
